Carol has been a full time realtor in Lake Havasu City since 1998. Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Carol graduated from Bozeman Senior High School and attended Montana State University, majoring in business management/marketing. She then took a management position for a large corporation, where she managed stores in Billings and Missoula, Montana; Cody, Wyoming; Montrose, Colorado; and Spearfish, South Dakota. After ten years of middle management, Carol decided to purchase a fitness club, which she owned and operated until 1996.

 Amanda was born in Bozeman, Montana and grew up in Spearfish, South Dakota. It was there that she graduated from high school and attended Black Hills State University before she moved to Lake Havasu City. She obtained her real estate license in February of 2003 and worked for a large builder at The Refuge prior to joining her mother in July of 2005.
